Privacy Policy

ReadyRFQ treats project documents you submit as confidential and uses them only to prepare RFQs for that project. Work is limited to the project documents you submit. ReadyRFQ does not send source documents to distributors and does not recommend or select distributors. You decide which RFQs to send after reviewing them.

At launch, the founder manually prepares RFQs from the documents submitted through the project intake form. The form accepts plan and specification PDFs, along with the contact and project details needed to prepare the request. Uploaded file records include their storage keys and URLs so the project request can be fulfilled.

You are responsible for checking each RFQ before sending it to a vendor. ReadyRFQ does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of an RFQ. This policy does not state a retention period or make a security-control claim for uploaded documents.

A project request includes your name, email, company, contractor license number, project name, optional relevant-sheet count and notes, and the names, storage keys, and URLs for uploaded PDFs. ReadyRFQ uses this information to prepare and return the requested RFQs.

The separate contact form collects your name, email, and message so ReadyRFQ can respond. Contact submissions are saved and recorded for the founder. When platform recording does not capture a submission, an email notification is sent to readyrfq@polsia.app.

When page-view analytics is configured for a deployment, the website sends a page-view beacon to Polsia with a random browser identifier stored in local storage. If analytics is not configured, the beacon is not sent. This policy does not state a retention period for analytics or uploaded project files.

The theme control may store your appearance preference in your browser.
